Account Resolution Specialist

Position

Our fast-paced, sales office is seeking a Collections Specialist at our Beaverton, OR office. No experience? No problem! We're looking for candidates who are ready to start their career and are willing to train the right person!

• Making outbound calls on past-due accounts
• Analyzing aging reports and documenting all account activities
• Demonstrating professionalism, discretion, and good judgment in all interactions with co-workers, customers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution of customer discrepancies and disputes
• Ability to communicate cross-functionally with sales and senior management when necessary to accelerate the collection process - we need a confident go-getter who's not afraid to tackle challenges head-on

• Advanced problem-solving skills, well organized with the ability to prioritize projects within your territory in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the confidence to collect money and maintain an excellent relationship with our customer base

• 2 years of collection experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
