Sales Specialist

Reser's Fine Foods, Inc., a family-founded leader in prepared foods, is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive growth across retail, food service, and club channels. In this role, you will manage a regional territory, grow existing accounts, and secure new business for our salads, side dishes, deli items, and snacks. You'll analyze sales data, execute promotions, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure service, safety, and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of retail, food service, and club channel accounts within an assigned territory.
• Identify and close new business opportunities to expand product distribution and increase revenue.
• Execute sales plans, promotions, and merchandising programs in alignment with company objectives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to build forecasts, proposals, and business reviews for customers.
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure service, product availability, and quality standards.
• Build strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to support pricing and positioning strategies.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline, results, and KPIs.
• Support trade shows, food shows, and customer events as needed.
