About the Role Just finished a summer of door-to-door sales and want to keep building on that momentum? Prime Pest Solutions is looking for motivated salespeople who enjoy face-to-face selling, know how to create opportunities at the door, and want to continue earning through direct sales beyond the traditional summer season. Whether you have experience selling pest control, solar, roofing, alarms, internet, or another door-to-door product, this is an opportunity to put those skills to work with a local, established pest control company serving homeowners throughout the Portland metro area.

Prime Pest Solutions is a family-owned company built around high-quality service, strong customer relationships, and a sales process we can stand behind. We are actively building our team of independent sales contractors for ongoing and future sales opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners.
• Identify homeowners who could benefit from recurring pest control.
• Educate customers on pest prevention and available service plans.
• Present service options clearly, confidently, and professionally.
• Handle questions and objections.
• Close new customer agreements.
• Track daily sales activity, leads, and production.

What We're Looking For Door-to-door experience is strongly preferred, but we are open to highly motivated individuals with the right mindset. Ideal candidates are:

• Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with homeowners.
• Confident working independently.
• Strong communicators who can build trust quickly.
• Interested in continuing to develop their sales ability.
• Reliable and accountable for their own production.
• Experienced in pest control, solar, roofing, alarms, internet, or other D2D sales is a plus.
• Equipped with reliable transportation.
• Comfortable walking and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Able to perform the essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor activity and face-to-face interaction throughout the day.

Work Structure This opportunity is structured as an independent contractor (1099) relationship. Contractors operate independently and are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and business expenses. Work opportunities are based on performance, availability, and business needs, and contractors may accept or decline opportunities. Interview Process Selected candidates may participate in an initial phone conversation followed by an in-person meeting. We are actively building relationships with strong salespeople for current and future opportunities, so the timing of available work may vary.
