Responder Security Officer

Securitas is hiring a Responder Security Officer to protect people, property, and assets for diverse clients. In this mobile, response-focused role, you will patrol assigned areas, respond to alarms and incidents, perform access control, and complete clear, accurate reports. You will enforce site safety and security procedures while delivering professional, customer-focused service. Officers use radios and security technology, follow post orders, and coordinate with supervisors and public safety when needed.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned sites and surrounding areas by foot or vehicle
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and requests for assistance
• Control access, verify identification, and monitor visitor/vehicle entry
• Observe and report safety or security hazards and suspicious activity
• Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports
• Operate radios, phones, and security technology per procedures
• Follow post orders, emergency procedures, and client policies
• Provide professional, customer-focused service to clients and visitors
• Coordinate with supervisors and public safety when required
• Support training, drills, and continuous improvement of security practices
