• Conduct surveillance and video monitoring to identify theft and safety concerns.
• Perform investigations and apprehensions under Target policy.
• Document incidents accurately and preserve relevant information.
• Support shortage-prevention and store-safety programs.
• Build effective working relationships with law enforcement.
• Provide testimony or participate in legal proceedings when required.
• Support safety training and professional guest interactions.

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to meet applicable Oregon and local licensing or legal requirements.
• Strong surveillance, observation, communication and report-writing skills.
• Comfort handling difficult interactions and following detailed apprehension procedures.
