Prime Pest Solutions is seeking a Licensed Pest Control Technician to join our team in Beaverton, OR. As the trusted face of our brand, you’ll perform inspections, treatments, and preventive services that keep homes safe and pest‑free while representing Prime with professionalism and care.

• Perform thorough inspections and apply appropriate pest control treatments
• Manage residential routes with efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism
• Follow all safety protocols and Oregon state regulations
• Maintain detailed treatment records and clear customer documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and educate homeowners on prevention
• Identify opportunities in the field to cloverleaf additional services and routes, increasing earnings and route growth

• Active Oregon Pest Control License (or willingness to obtain – we cover training costs)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
• Previous pest control experience preferred, but not required
• Detail‑oriented, safety‑conscious, and self‑motivated

• $21–$27/hr base pay depending on experience
