Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role located in Portland, OR, for a Residential Repair Technician. The Residential Repair Technician will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential repairs, troubleshoot appliance issues, and ensure quality service is delivered to clients. The role also involves promoting customer satisfaction by effectively addressing concerns, maintaining a professional demeanor, and delivering efficient solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Appliance Repair and Equipment Maintenance
- Strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving technical issues
- Customer Satisfaction focus with excellent Communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Experience in home repair or a related trade is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
