Entry Level Maintenance Technician

Location: Beaverton, OR

Compensation: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour (Based on experience)

Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM

Requirements
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or semiconductor environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electrical systems
  • Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
  • Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or repair documentation
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks independently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and respond quickly to operational needs
Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility and warehouse equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Diagnose equipment failures and complete repairs in a timely manner.
  • Support conveyors, material handling equipment, and facility systems.
  • Respond to maintenance calls and urgent equipment downtime issues.
  • Conduct routine inspections and identify opportunities for preventative maintenance improvements.
  • Complete maintenance work orders, logs, and documentation accurately.
  • Assist with building maintenance including lighting, plumbing, HVAC coordination, and general repairs.
  • Maintain compliance with company safety standards and environmental procedures.
  • Partner with operations teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
