Grease, Grit & Good Pay. Senior Maintenance Technician Wanted. Machines break. That's life. But you? You're the one who knows how to unbreak 'em — and fast. Whether it's a busted belt, a motor throwing a tantrum, or some mystery noise nobody else can figure out, you've seen it, fixed it, and probably yelled at it a few times. Good news, you're in demand.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, industrial, semiconductor, or automated warehouse environments
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience working with PLCs, automation systems, sensors, and controls
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable responding to urgent equipment breakdowns and production issues

Benefits:

  • Weekly Pay that matches your skills
  • Health, Dental & Vision — because tough doesn't mean indestructible
  • Life Insurance + Disability coverage
  • Optional 401(k) — so you can lock down your future
  • Local Work — no crazy commutes or wasting gas

Job Duties:

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing, warehouse, and facility equipment
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues
  • Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
  • Maintain conveyors, automated material handling systems, and facility infrastructure
  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
  • Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects
  • Support motors, sensors, VFDs, PLC-controlled equipment, and electrical systems
  • Lead critical repairs and provide guidance to junior maintenance team members as needed
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
  • Document repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance activities within CMMS systems
  • Partner with operations and engineering teams to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
