Residential General Handyman

Pay: $18.00–$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

• Perform residential repair and maintenance services.
• Complete carpentry, drywall repair, painting, flooring, basic plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
• Safely operate hand and power tools.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship and attention to detail.

• Residential handyman, remodeling, or construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and basic electrical repairs.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving history.
• Reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
