Key Responsibilities- Install conveyor systems and related mechanical components in commercial and industrial settings
- Perform troubleshooting and basic repairs on mechanical/electrical systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and installation manuals
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely
- Work closely with team leads to meet project deadlines
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Maintain daily job reports and accurate documentation
- 1+ years of experience in conveyor installation, mechanical assembly, or construction preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands‑on skills
- Ability to read and follow technical diagrams and blueprints
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Reliable and willing to travel for extended periods
- Strong communication, work ethic, and professionalism
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Frequent bending, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended hours
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Able to work long shifts, including nights or weekends when needed
- 40+ hours per week
- Full travel commitment required – fly or drive to job sites
- Stay in hotels during project assignments (provided by company)
- Indoor and outdoor work conditions
