Senior Maintenance Technician

NIKE is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician to keep our Beaverton retail and facility operations running at peak performance. In this hands-on role, you'll lead advanced troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, execute preventive maintenance, and support store remodels and installs. You'll collaborate closely with operations and vendors, ensure safety and code compliance, and identify improvements in reliability and energy use-helping power the innovation, speed, and service behind the Nike brand every day.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on retail facility systems, equipment, and fixtures
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and HVAC issues to minimize downtime in store operations
• Execute work orders, document repairs, and maintain accurate maintenance logs
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and scheduled service
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and building codes and Nike standards
• Monitor building automation systems and respond to facility alarms and alerts
• Support store remodels, installations, and equipment upgrades as needed
• Maintain tools, parts inventory, and ensure work areas are clean and organized
• Collaborate with store and operations leaders to prioritize maintenance needs
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and energy efficiency
