Test Technician
We are seeking a dedicated Test Technician to join our team. You will work Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. In this role, you will perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and PCB assemblies.
Responsibilities- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and repair of electronic components and PCB assemblies.
- Conduct detailed diagnostics to identify faults and determine root causes of failure.
- Utilize electronic testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, multimeters, ohm meters, and microscopes.
- Execute precision soldering and rework tasks, including component replacement and board-level repairs.
- Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) safety standards and handling procedures.
- Evaluate equipment and components to determine repair viability versus scrap decisions.
- Manage and prioritize repair backlog, ensuring timely completion of inventory repairs.
- Maintain accurate repair records, test results, and documentation of work performed.
- Collaborate with engineering or quality teams to improve repair processes and product reliability.
- Experience with electronics and PCB testing.
- Proficiency in using test equipment such as oscilloscopes, multimeters, and ohm meters.
- Basic soldering skills and experience in electronic repair and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with ESD practices and schematic reading.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with debugging and rework.
- Ability to work with microscopes.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Beaverton, OR.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
