We're a small, skilled team that takes the work seriously — and we've built something worth being proud of. We move fast, solve problems, and take pride in doing it well, and a good attitude goes a long way here.

About the Role This is hands-on, detail-driven work that rewards people who like figuring things out. You'll be diagnosing, troubleshooting, rebuilding, and restoring complex ultrasound equipment — no two days are exactly the same, and the problems you'll solve aren't always straightforward. If you're the kind of person who gets satisfaction from taking something broken and making it work again, you'll fit right in.

This team is led by someone who knows this equipment inside and out. If you're open to learning, willing to take direction, and bring a collaborative attitude, you'll thrive here. If you work best as a lone wolf or have a hard time taking guidance, this probably isn't the right fit.

What You'll Do Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair ultrasound parts and electronic systems

Rebuild and restore equipment components to meet functional and cosmetic quality standards

Sand, clean, paint, and refinish equipment to like-new condition

Complete repair orders accurately and on time Document repair progress in tracking software

Maintain tools, testing equipment, and your workspace

Follow technical procedures and quality standards consistently

What We're Looking For Mechanically minded and detail-oriented — you notice things others missA problem solver who stays curious when something isn't adding up Receptive to instruction and guidance — you check your ego at the door Flexible and steady — you can shift priorities without losing focus

Able to work independently once trained without needing constant direction

Comfortable standing, bending, and kneeling for extended periods, with the manual dexterity and hand-tool skills detailed repair work requires — able to lift up to 50 lbs Basic computer proficiency (Google Suite, typing, tracking systems)
High school diploma or equivalent; must pass a background check

Background That Sets You Up for Success You don't need ultrasound experience — we'll teach you that. What matters is that you have the mindset and aptitude. Candidates with experience or interest in any of the following tend to do well here:

Electronics repair or soldering

Automotive or mechanical rebuilding CAD or technical fabrication

Hand tools, power tools, or diagnostic equipment

Hobbyist tinkering and independent troubles ho
