Auto Glass Repair Technician

Pay: $30/hr

Part-time, 3-day work week / approximately 20 hours per week; flexible based on availability

Join a locally owned auto glass shop where quality comes first. This is a great opportunity for an experienced auto glass technician who wants a smaller, more relaxed work environment with a team that takes pride in doing the job right rather than rushing through repairs.

You’ll primarily work in the shop repairing and installing glass on Class B and Class C vehicles, including cars, trucks, and U-Hauls. As the business continues to grow, there is potential for this position to become full-time around spring.

• Perform auto glass repairs and installations on a variety of vehicles
• Remove and install windshields and other vehicle glass
• Diagnose glass damage and determine the appropriate repair or replacement
• Work primarily in a two-bay shop environment
• Safely handle and install automotive glass and related materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area
• Provide quality workmanship while following proper safety and installation procedures
• Eventually assist with mobile auto glass services as the business expands
