New Narrative seeks a Temporary Peer Outreach Worker to provide direct outreach in Washington County, Beaverton, OR. This community-based role connects unhoused individuals with housing, shelter, and behavioral health resources using trauma‑informed, strengths‑based approaches.
You will conduct assessments, help build housing/service plans, document activities in HMIS, and coordinate with shelters and partners. Travel throughout the county is required.
