You’ll lead a distributed engineering organization responsible for our key Software platform, partnering with product, marketing, architecture, and services to bring compelling digital solutions to market faster—and better.

** What You Bring
*** 5-10+ years of experience building and scaling modern software systems, including 6+ years in engineering leadership roles
* Proven track record of leading distributed teams across geographies and time zones
* Expertise in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, container orchestration, and event-driven architectures
* Strong grasp of modern full-stack development (Java/.NET/Go, React/Type Script, REST/gRPC APIs) and relational + No

SQL databases
* Operational fluency in Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, SRE practices, and secure software delivery at scale
* Experience hiring, coaching, and retaining senior engineering talent and cultivating high-performance cultures
* Passion for metrics: lead time, incident rate, team health, technical debt, and system performance
* Exceptional collaboration and communication skills—able to inspire technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
