Who You’ll Work With

You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Sports Marketing Sport Operations, and work day‑to‑day with teammates across Sports Marketing and key partner functions.

You’ll Collaborate With

  • Athlete Development, Moments, and Services teams
  • Sport Solutions, Systems & Reporting, and Product Management teams

Together, you’ll help deliver athlete‑right seasonal plans with operational excellence and enterprise consistency.

We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented, and collaborative teammate who brings rigor, clarity, and follow‑through to the way we serve Athletes and teams. The Senior Professional, Sport Operations is a highly organized executor who thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments and takes pride in getting the details right.

You bring structure to complexity, keep work moving forward, and enable the team to deliver against seasonal offense, Brand priorities, and Business needs. You’re comfortable working across partners, managing tools and timelines, and ensuring our ways of working are consistent, scalable, and athlete‑right.

In this role, you’ll support the [Sport] leadership team by executing Athlete & Team seasonal planning and key operational processes. Your focus will be on orchestration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement—so the team can stay focused on impact, not friction.

  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing and or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
  • 5 + years of experience in Sports Marketing, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or related roles highly preferred
  • A passion for sport and serving Athletes
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple work-streams
  • Comfort working in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments with shifting priorities
  • Experience supporting operational systems, tools, and planning processes
  • A foundational understanding of Sports Marketing and Athlete Marketing workflows
  • Proficiency with planning, collaboration, and presentation tools (e.g., Airtable, Keynote, or similar)
  • Clear, concise communication and strong attention to detail
  • A positive, adaptable mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increased responsibility over time
What You’ll Work On Seasonal Planning & Orchestration
  • Support the Seasonal Planning (Strategy & Orchestration) process by coordinating inputs, timelines, and materials aligned to priorities and athlete initiatives.
  • Support preparation, tracking, and submission of materials for enterprise CODE gates and key leadership forums, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and on‑time delivery.
  • Maintain seasonal planning documentation, trackers, and status updates to enable leadership visibility, decision‑making, and accountability.
Product Planning & Buying Operations
  • Support the product strategy and buying process by coordinating tools, timelines, and cross‑functional inputs.
  • Assist in managing the buying process for key moments, events, and athlete‑led initiatives, ensuring documentation and workflows are clear and current.
  • Keep planning tools and information organized, accessible, and aligned across partners.
Operations & Ways of Working
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and communications across Sports Marketing partners for priority initiatives and seasonal moments.
  • Own and maintain planning tools, calendars, trackers, and athlete dashboards to drive visibility and alignment.
  • Provide operational support for athlete services, moments, and activations—including preparation, execution support, and follow‑through.
  • Contribute to process improvements by documenting best practices, updating tools, and supporting adoption of standard ways of working.
Cross‑Functional Partnership
  • Represent Sports Marketing operational needs in cross‑functional forums by gathering inputs, tracking actions, and identifying risks or gaps.
  • Partner closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure athlete needs are reflected in broader plans and enterprise processes.
  • Escalate issues with clear context, impact, and recommended next steps to keep work moving forward.
