Orientation and training are provided on the job. All driver positions are paid hourly at the minimum wage. In Northern Oregon the minimum and maximum hourly rate is $15.95. Credit card tips, cash tips and a partial mileage reimbursement are paid at the end of each shift. Hourly pay is issued via check or direct deposit bi-monthly.

You must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards. You must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery. Navigational skills are required to read a map, locate addresses within a designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings.

All scheduled hours are based on employee availability and store needs. Positions are part‑time unless otherwise stated. Employees can work full‑time if the store can accommodate additional hours by completing training, being reliable for shifts, and communicating full‑time needs with the manager.
