We rely on organized, detail-oriented team members to keep our receiving processes accurate and our production workflows running smoothly.
Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Receiving Coordinator to manage incoming shipments, inventory logging, data tracking, and internal logistics support.
This role is a good fit for someone who takes pride in accuracy, communicates clearly, and is comfortable with physical activity throughout the workday.
The right candidate will possess strong research skills, problem-solving ability, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming shipments from delivery carriers
Verify shipment documentation and match incoming goods to purchase orders
Research part numbers, serial numbers, and product condition
Log received items accurately into our tracking system
Maintain organized drop zones and ensure proper placement of incoming goods
Investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies
Communicate with customers regarding expected exchanges and incoming items
Maintain accurate records and data entry
Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent
Strong computer proficiency (Gmail, Windows, internet research, and typing)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to routinely lift up to 40 lbs Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday
Must be at least 18 years oldAble to pass a background check
Preferred Qualifications Previous receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination experience
Experience with shipping/receiving software or ERP systems
Valid driver's license, reliable insured vehicle, and willingness to provide occasional package transportation support
