Inventory Specialist
Location: Hillsboro, OR
Pay: $18 - 26/hr doe
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday

What You'll Do
As an Inventory Specialist, you'll work closely with management and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless goods movement, stock accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Receiving, checking, counting, and putting away stock
• Picking and packing customer orders within strict turnaround times
• Performing regular stock checks and cycle counts
• Maintaining accurate inventory levels and critical stock items
• Working within a computerized WMS / ERP system
• Supporting local product deliveries to customer sites
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
• Using company vehicles and equipment responsibly
• Identifying process improvements and proactive solutions

This role requires someone who can move quickly, think critically, and stay detail-oriented under pressure.

What You Need to Have

• Prior warehouse or inventory experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computer systems (WMS / ERP)
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel included)
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Full driver's license

Highly Preferred

• Forklift license and experience
• Experience with stock control systems (ERP/WMS)
• SAP experience
• Background in spare parts management
