This innovative platform is built on trust, transparency, and fun, featuring grading and authentication for cards, watch vaulting and marketplace shopping, and digital pack openings for collectors to build and showcase their collections in a personalized online showroom from anywhere in the world.

We’re looking for a Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced, hands‑on team in Beaverton, OR, focused specifically on receiving and processing incoming watches. If you have experience handling watches or are just passionate about the hobby of watch collecting, this could be the perfect role for you!

You’ll help ensure every watch that enters our facility is handled with care and precision. A core part of your day will be inspecting each watch for condition, damage, and confirming it matches the item that was sent. No prior warehouse experience? No problem! We provide full training. Just bring your attention to detail, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

• Unboxing Orders: Carefully open and inspect inbound packages containing watches.
• Inspect Watches: Carefully assess each watch for condition, signs of damage or wear.
• Verify Inventory: Verify the item received is the correct make, model, and reference.
• Handle with Care: Follow proper handling procedures to protect watches throughout the receiving process.
• Create Orders: Utilize Google Sheets to create orders for tracking further movement of watches.
• Assist in Operations: Help in other departments as needed, including scanning, assembling, storage, fulfillment, and shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed.

• Strong attention to detail. Collectors notice the little things, and so should you.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, specifically Google Sheets.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a close‑knit team.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
• Superior organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work proactively and independently.
• Comfort using computers and basic warehouse equipment.
• Ability to lift and move packages and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to pass a thorough background check.

Experience handling or working with watches, or a genuine interest in the hobby of collecting watches is a plus.

Job Type: Full Time | Entry Level

Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour

Schedule: Day Shift | Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week
