Warehouse Associate – Fulfillment

30–40 hrs/week, flexible between 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT

• Pick, pull, and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Prepare and process outbound shipments, ensuring correct labeling and packaging
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, including receiving and restocking
• Inspect products for quality and condition before shipment
• Serve as a quality checkpoint between the fulfillment team and the customer, catching errors before they ship
• Communicate with teammates and customer service on order issues, delays, or discrepancies
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe

• Love for or strong understanding of Pokémon and/or the TCG (trading card game) space
• A self-starter who takes initiative and needs minimal supervision
• Experience with shipping, logistics, or warehouse fulfillment
• Customer service experience or mindset — comfortable being a point of contact between fulfillment and the customer
• Flexible availability to work 30–40 hours per week between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM PT
• Ability to stand, lift (up to ~40 lbs), and move around a warehouse environment for extended periods
