Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support, including customer service, logging clients to the appropriate department, handling and directing phone calls, and managing email and faxes.
  • Scan and process documents; run, sort, distribute, and scan mail.
  • Follow office policies and procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
  • Operate various office equipment and, when trained, assist as a financial clerk or equipment coordinator.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace preferred.
  • Valid driver's license required; some travel may be required to Roane, Jackson, Calhoun, and Wirt counties.
  • High school graduation or an equivalent education is required.
