AML Resident Project Representative

We are looking for a Resident Project Representative (RPR) for Land Development projects in various locations throughout West Virginia. As an RPR, you’ll play a crucial role in overseeing and ensuring the successful implantation of Abandoned Mine Lands (AML) Reclamation projects. Your responsibilities will span various aspects of construction, documentation, quality assurance, and communication. • Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with specifications.
• Keep detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes.
• Maintain accurate redline or as‑built drawings to document project modifications.
• Monitor work to prevent construction defects.
• Ensure that the project meets quality standards and specifications.
• Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including WVDEP, engineers, and contractors.
• Travel as needed to project sites. Travel may also involve extended stays away from your home location during the week.
• Perform this role on projects in other markets between AML projects.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications are highly desirable.
• Strong written, verbal, and organizational skills.
• Possess the ability to walk over rugged terrain and/or stand for extended periods of time.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Experience with AML projects and/or mine reclamation work is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of construction means and methods relating to mass earth work and storm water.
• A valid driver license.
