Superintendent, Construction

The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing all field operations on heavy civil construction projects across the Northeast U.S. This role ensures projects are executed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Superintendent must be willing to travel and support multiple job sites as needed.

• Lead all on-site construction activities for heavy civil projects including bridges, highway work, sidewalks, and structural concrete
  .
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Oversee post-tensioning operations and ensure proper installation and compliance with specifications.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to deadlines.
• Ensure high-quality concrete placement, finishing, and curing practices
  .
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and inspectors.
• Conduct daily site meetings and progress reporting.
• Troubleshoot field challenges and implement efficient solutions.

• 8+ years of experience in heavy civil construction.
• Strong experience in bridge repair, concrete structures, and highway projects

• Proven knowledge of post-tensioning systems
  .
• Ability to travel extensively across the Northeast U.S.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project documents.
• OSHA certification preferred.
