The City of Cleveland is seeking a Residential Building Inspector Interim to enforce the Cleveland Housing Code, Zoning Code and Ohio Residential Code. You will inspect 1- to 3-family dwellings during construction to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, a valid Ohio driver’s license, and an OBBS certification (interim acceptable for certain levels). Depending on experience, progression to I, II or III is available.
