• Proven graphic designing experience
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus
• Develop creative assets including brochures, posters, logos, social media graphics, infographics, and website visuals.
• Collaborate with clients or internal teams to interpret briefs, propose design concepts, and adapt based on feedback.
• Present initial design ideas and refine them through review cycles to align with client expectations.
• Deliver print-ready files and optimized digital visuals.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Ensure visual consistency with brand identity and stay current with design trends.

• At least 3 years of experience as a freelance or in-house graphic designer, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Strong foundational knowledge of design principles typography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.
• Excellent time management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
• Strong client communication skills for understanding, presenting, and refining design solutions.
