Administrative Assistant (Beckley, WV)

The position is a temp‑to‑perm opportunity, working 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., Monday–Thursday, for approximately 28 hours per week until open enrollment in October through December, after which the hours become full‑time.

Qualifications
  • GED or high‑school diploma.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong phone and administrative skills.
  • Data entry proficiency.
Job Duties
  • Answer telephone calls.
  • File documents.
  • Provide customer service.
  • Enter data related to insurance clients.
