As a FASTSIGNS Customer Service Representative, you will be the initial contact with current customers and prospective prospects through email, telephone, in‑person visits, and on‑site interactions. You will build long‑lasting relationships, turning prospects into customers and customers into long‑term clients.

• Serve as the first point of contact with current and prospective customers via email, telephone, in‑person, and on‑site visits.
• Build and maintain long‑lasting customer relationships and convert prospects into clients.
• Prepare estimates, implement work orders, and ensure timely delivery of finished orders.
• Participate in daily team meetings and execute business and marketing plans.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support the overall success of the FASTSIGNS Center.

• Outgoing and responsive with strong interpersonal skills.
• Eager to learn and continuously improve customer service.
• Ability to build relationships and listen actively.
• Excellent documentation and organizational abilities.

$24,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year.
