Independently handle BIM modeling tasks, provide technical guidance to junior modelers, and ensure model quality and coordination.

• Develop and manage discipline-specific BIM models.
• Conduct model validation, quality checks, and ensure clash-free models.
• Extract drawings, BOQs, and support project documentation.
• Mentor junior modelers and ensure adherence to BIM standards.
• Coordinate with BIM leads and engineers for project deliverables.

Purpose of Interaction

• Senior Modelers – Task assignment and model review
• BIM Coordinators – Model updates and issue tracking

External Stakeholder

Purpose of Interaction

• Not applicable (primary coordination is internal)

KNOWLEDGE

Minimum Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil / Architecture / Mechanical / Electrical

Language Skills

• English, Regional Language (Preferred)

Experience

Years of Experience

• 5–8 years of BIM modeling experience.

Nature of Experience

• Freshers or those with internship/entry-level exposure to BIM modeling in buildings or infrastructure

Skills

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD).
• Understanding of construction drawings and detailing.
• Basic interdisciplinary knowledge (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
