Will assist the Principal and Leadership Team to increase student achievement.

• West Virginia Professional Teaching Certificate.
• Currently employed at East Hardy Elementary School
• Three (3) years of successful teaching experience required
• Knowledge of effective instruction/pedagogy and content knowledge
• Exhibit leadership capabilities and the capacity to assume additional responsibilities
• Must be willing to be an automatic applicant to, and be willing to serve on, the Hardy County Leadership Team
• Successful completion of the Hardy County interview process
• Complete all required county and WVDE trainings
• The ability to perform the job duties and responsibilities as contained in the Job Description, with or without reasonable accommodations

Salary: $1,000.00 per position - paid through Title I and/or Step 7d funds.
