- Elementary School. Serves 4th and 5th grade students. Tutoring duties: 25% of time planning, classroom teacher contact, and student parent/contact. 75% of time direct tutoring services. Weekly documentation required. End of year student data required.

Schedule:

$25 per hour up to 5 hours/week - for 30 weeks or until funds are expended. Source of Funding: FEDERAL.
