Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Assemble and manage detailed proposals for custom medium voltage switch gear and electrical enclosures.
- Coordinate internally with engineering, operations, and leadership to ensure scope clarity and schedule alignment.
- Interpret technical specifications, electrical drawings, and bid documents.
- Manage complex quotation packages from inquiry through final submission.
- Support technical discussions and clarifications during portions of the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with representative agents and customers as a responsive technical resource.
- Ensure commercial accuracy, pricing precision, and competitive positioning.
- Maintain strong, professional, and timely communication throughout the bid process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field preferred.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in medium voltage equipment, switch gear, substations, or power distribution systems.
- Experience in proposal development, technical quotations, or bid management.
- Strong background in interpreting electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Solid understanding of power distribution systems and medium voltage applications.
- Proven ability to manage multiple quotation packages with urgency and precision.
- Strong communication skills and commercial awareness within a manufacturing environment.
