Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with 2-5 years of experience, ARRT (R) (M) certification, and BLS for a day shift radiology diagnostic assignment.

• Work in a radiology diagnostic unit specializing in mammography
• Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Uses Hologic mammography unit
• No on-call required
• Rotating weekly schedule: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next
• Performs screening and diagnostic mammography using Hologic equipment
• Bi-weekly orientation provided
• No local candidates will be considered per 100-mile radius rule
• Travel pairs are not allowed
• Requires submission of two references and a copy of driver’s license for consideration

• 2-5 years of mammography experience required
• Active ARRT (R) (M) certification required
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• WV Medical Imaging License required for WV facilities;
  Kentucky or compact license for KY facilities; license required if applicable
• Candidate must reside at least 100 miles from the facility
