Patient Care Technician

LifePoint Health -  -  - Responsibilities:
Perform basic patient care tasks delegated by an RN, including monitoring vital signs and recording intake/output.;
Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, eating, toileting, ambulation).;
Observe and promptly report abnormal physical, mental, or emotional findings to nursing staff.;
Maintain clean, safe, and well-stocked patient rooms and common areas; manage the tech desk and support staff.;
Document care and activities per unit standards; participate in performance improvement and required education.
