Community Outreach Coordinator Home Care Agency In Beckley, WV

we are a home care agency that has been in business since 2007 and rapidly growing in 20 states. We provide assistance with activities of daily living for the elderly (i.e. Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, etc.). We are highly respected across the 20 states we service and looking for quality people to join our team.

we are currently in need of a director of community outreach for our beckley, wv office. This position will be available to work remotely after 2 weeks of training in our beckley, wv office. The position will also require a 3 day trip to southern california to visit our corporate office in irvine (orange county) - upon hire date. All travel expenses paid.

must have experience working with seniors in home care or assisted living.

bachelors degree preferred.

starting salary is $175,000. In addition, the position recieves 20% profit sharing for all ebitda (net profit) they bring to care planning institute.

this role visits local hospitals and skilled nursing facilities to let them know about care planning institutes's (cpi) quality home care aide services. This role also talks to potential clients about cpi services and often visits with them in the client's home to build a relationship. Driving mileage is paid by cpi. Once clients are interested in starting care with cpi, this role hands them off to one of cpi case managers - to manage the client onboarding and management of services provided ongoing.

This role is not involved with providing care services - only educating others about the care services and then handing them off to cpi case managers once the client wants to start services.

applicant must have existing relationships they can evidence with social workers, discharge planners, etc. At local hospitals and snf's.

this role uses cpi marketing materials to educate the community about care planning institute (cpi) home care aide services.

cpi pays its home care aides in the top 1% of what home care aides get paid in any given area. Cpi often pays 20-50% more than other home care providers are paying their home care aides. Cpi's goal is always to attract the most quality and qualified aides available in every community by offering high pay and benefits.

this role comes with 11 federal holidays off and 14 vacation days paid. Company healthcare benefits and 401k available after first 60 days.
