, ensuringallnecessarymaterialsareavailableandproperlystored. - Coordinatingspecialprojects suchasdeepcleaning,vermincontrol,androominventories.
- Conductingtrainingsessions forhousekeepingcolleaguesasrequired.
- Performingroominspections toensurecompliancewith5-starresortstandards.
- Maintainingaccuraterecords onstaffperformance,guestsatisfactionlevels,andotherhotelstandards.
- Ensuring compliance withlocalregulationsconcerninghealth,safety,orothercompliancerequirements.
- Attendingallpropertytrainingsandmeetings as required.
