About the Role

Our client is building a next-generation Go-To-Market (GTM) engine and is seeking a GTM Engineer with senior-level autonomy and strong technical fluency. This individual will architect, automate, and scale revenue workflows across the entire GTM lifecycle. The hands-on and systems-focused, blending experimentation, AI, automation, and data modeling to unlock new pipeline opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and enhance customer retention.

A GTM Engineer for our client is not a traditional CRM administrator or ticket-taker. Instead, this person operates as an internal product engineer for GTM—identifying bottlenecks, designing experiments, developing prototypes, and scaling the workflows that demonstrate real impact. The work will influence Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring a strong data foundation, intelligent outreach, and highly leveraged revenue motions.

Success in this role will be measured by the ability to generate qualified pipeline, improve GTM efficiency, and deploy systems that make revenue generation faster, smarter, and more predictable.

What You’ll Do Systems Design, Prototyping & Automation (40%)
  • Design end-to-end GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and CS using Clay, Hub Spot, , and other automation tools.
  • Prototype new revenue experiments quickly, validate impact, and scale the workflows that work.
  • Build AI-driven automations (e.g., transcript analysis, research agents, message generation, enrichment agents).
  • Maintain and evolve company's GTM tech stack to reduce manual work, eliminate bottlenecks, and unlock new growth opportunities.
  • Build internal tools, scripts, or micro-automations to enable GTM teams to work more efficiently.
Dynamic Outbound & Signal Activation (30%)
  • Build and scale outbound programs using Clay + Smartlead.ai, combining enrichment, signals, and dynamic personalization.
  • Identify and operationalize high-intent signals — tech changes, job postings, hiring surges, funding events activity, product usage indicators, and more.
  • Design segmentation logic and scoring that improves our ICP targeting and increases reply and meeting rates.
  • Develop multi-step experimentation frameworks to continuously optimize messaging, channels, and timing.
Data Foundation, Modeling & Hygiene (20%)
  • Maintain a clean and trustworthy CRM by automating data hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, and schema consistency.
  • Build and operationalize proprietary data models (ICP models, fit scores, intent scores, churn/expansion indicators).
  • Create pipelines that enrich, validate, and activate unique data points across the funnel.
  • Ensure data structure stability across systems, integrations, and workflows. Experimentation, Reporting & GTM Feedback Loops (10%)
    • Design measurable experiments (A/B tests, new signals, sequencing tests) and own experiment readouts.
    • Build dashboards or data views that provide visibility into outbound performance, GTM experiments, and pipeline drivers.
    • Partner with AEs, AMs, CS, and Marketing to validate workflow impact, gather feedback, and iterate.
    • Translate GTM strategy into system requirements and automation roadmaps.
    What You’ll Drive
    • Weekly GTM experiments that increase reply rates, meeting rates, and pipeline velocity.
    • New models for operationalizing ICP tiers and activation signals across Sales, Marketing, and CS.
    • Stronger revenue infrastructure that scales automation, personalization, and data activation.
    • Reduction in manual work across GTM teams via automation and AI workflows.
    • Improved retention and expansion opportunities through signal-based workflows and customer insights.
    Qualifications
    • 3+ years in GTM Engineering, Growth, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or Rev Ops in a B2B SaaS company.
    • 2+ years of customer-facing experience (SDR, AE, CX, or similar) with strong GTM empathy.
    • Demonstrated experience building automated revenue workflows end-to-end.
    • Deep fluency in  (enrichment, signals, automations, APIs, and multi-step logic).
    • Strong understanding of sales prospecting, ICP targeting, ABM concepts, and pipeline creation.
    • Advanced skill with automation tools (, Zapier, n8n) and CRM administration (Hub Spot).
    • Experience with data modeling, lifecycle automation, enrichment logic, and data hygiene.
    • Comfortable using AI tools (OpenAI, Claude, Claygent) to build automations and workflows.
    • Strong experimental mindset: you test, measure, and iterate quickly.
    • Nice-to-have:
      Experienced in SQL or Python.
