Webflow Developer

We don’t hire “Webflow Developers”. A Webflow Developer at Refokus is part of the development team. We use Webflow as a development tool and care deeply about implementation quality.

We are looking for a developer with extensive experience in Webflow, HTML, CSS, and JS. Knowledge of new technologies like WebGL (we currently use three.js) is a plus.

You’re a developer, not a designer. You love Webflow for its efficiency and have a critical eye for design. You can identify mistakes easily.

• You love Webflow.
• You have deep experience in HTML, CSS, and JS.
• You are experienced with GSAP.
• You can work independently but know when to seek help.
• You pay close attention to detail.
• Knowledge of WebGL (Three.js) and other advanced web technologies is a plus.
• You can manage your workload, work autonomously on complex designs, and prioritize effectively.
• You understand that each client, project, or product is unique.
• You communicate clearly, precisely, and timely.
• You are passionate about your work and eager to learn about new trends and technologies.
• You are comfortable handling ambiguity and see it as an opportunity for growth.

You will implement websites in Webflow, transforming well-designed Figma files into functional, attractive websites.
