Warehouse Line Lead

Ryder is immediately hiring a Warehouse Line Lead. The role involves overseeing the setup, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines in a warehouse environment that handles personal hygiene products and general merchandise. The position offers hourly pay of $19.00, weekly pay, on‑job paid training, paid time off, and a strong focus on safety and state‑of‑the‑art equipment.

• Set‑up, operation, and reconciliation of assigned production assembly lines
• Ensure the correct customer product is placed on the line
• Train line workers on assembling components and packing product per documented work instructions and quality requirements
• Ensure units/pallets are packed correctly
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year or more experience with simple mathematical calculations (preferred)
• One year or more experience operating a computer and handheld scanner (preferred)
• One year or more previous experience as a team lead (preferred)
• One year or more previous production experience (preferred)
• Ability to multi‑task and work within multiple systems simultaneously
• Ability to react to change positively and handle additional tasks as required
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Bilingual a plus (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency/knowledge and/or experience with production assembly lines
