Novolex is hiring for an Extrusion Operator Associate in Mineral Wells, WV. The role runs 6:00pm to 6:00am with a starting pay of $17.95 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. Eligible for annual and skill-based wage increases and a monthly productivity bonus.
The position requires hands-on operation of extrusion equipment, input of formulas into the computer, and teamwork to meet production goals. Forklift handling and data recording are part of daily duties.
