About the Position
Job Opportunity – Infusion RN – West Virginia
Start Date:
April 2, 2026 (orientation every other Thursday)

Schedule:
4x8-hour day shifts, 40 guaranteed hours per week. No on-call or floating required. Patient ratio 1:4 with daily census of approximately 70 patients.
Highlights:
Infusion center setting with oncology focus including chemotherapy administration and management
Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in a specialized care environment
Cerner electronic medical record system
Interdisciplinary support including phlebotomy, radiology, and pharmacy services
Structured orientation program with ongoing clinical support
First-time travel nurses welcome to apply
Requirements:
Active West Virginia or Compact RN license (pending license acceptable)
Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC) required
Infusion center experience strongly preferred
Inpatient and/or outpatient oncology experience preferred
Experience with chemotherapy administration, port access and management, central line care, and infusion pump management
Proficiency with administration of blood products, interferons, and interleukins
Knowledge of cytotoxic spill management and body fluid handling protocols
Minimum 2 professional references from managers or charge nurses within the past 2 years
Must reside more than 100 miles from facility location
Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions considered with documentation)
Clean, active nursing license with no prior suspensions
