Flexible Solutions Med/Surg RN Premium Rate )
We offer two options for a premium rate position for experienced RN's.
- Option 1: Flat rate of $40.00 per hour; no shift differential. Nurse must be committed to working two 12‑hour shifts per week for 13 weeks. The temporary Registered Nurse may be eligible to receive a $1,000 completion bonus pending a satisfactory evaluation based on patient satisfaction, attendance, and overall performance.
- Option 2: Flat rate of $45.00 per hour; no shift differential. Nurse must be committed to working three 12‑hour shifts per week for 13 weeks. The temporary Registered Nurse may be eligible to receive a $1,000 completion bonus pending a satisfactory evaluation based on patient satisfaction, attendance, and overall performance.
Graduate of a School of Nursing/College Nursing Education Program.
Current licensure by the West Virginia State Board of Nursing.
Pass pre‑employment medication test with a score of 80% or better.
