$7,500 Sign On Bonus

RN Registered Nurse Licensure preferred
LPN Licensed Practical Nurse License Considered with Experience
2yr Min. Long Term Care Experience Required
We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.

- Care Needs & Planning:
Assist to implement & revise care plans, monitors health conditions, supplements direct care needs & responds to emergencies or changes in status - Staff Oversight & Scheduling:
Observes care assignments, manages coverage needs, evaluates staff performance, educate & lead staff - Family & Team Liaison:
Communicates changes in resident conditions to families/providers, works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team - Documentation:
Reviews and investigates incidents, transcribes orders, audits medical charges and maintains record compliance for accuracy - Family, Resident, Staff
Education:
Explain health status, changes and expectations for care, guides and direct care skills with intervention as needed
- Licensed to work within the State of West Virginia as a RN Registered Nurse
- Able to pass background check, drug screen, professional references check & physical evaluation
- Excels in leadership and clinical competency
