Our 4N department is a dynamic 44-bed medical-surgical unit with a blend of surgical and medical cases and a special emphasis on renal care. The team is known for its strong sense of collaboration and is welcoming and supportive, especially for new graduates eager to build their skills. Team members gain experience with a wide range of interventions, including various lines, chest tubes, peritoneal dialysis, and telemetry patients.

• Position: LPN/LVN who excels in this role.

• Patient Populations Served:
  Neonate, Infant, Early Childhood, Late Childhood, Adolescent, Young Adult, Middle Adult, Older Adult.
• Protected Health Information Accessed:
  Demographic, Clinical, Insurance, Financial, Complete Medical Record.
• Exposure:
  Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is present for all employees.

• Education:
  
  Graduate of accredited LPN program.
• Licensure/
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current LPN license in state of practice; BCLS required;
  Handle with Care preferred.
