The Emergency Department is a rural, 20‑bed unit focused on delivering patient‑centered care in a supportive and friendly environment. Work‑life balance is important, and we offer self‑scheduling. Our community‑based Emergency Department provides teamwork and quality outcomes.

• Perform accurate and thorough patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
• Provide age‑and‑condition‑appropriate nursing care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record.
• Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.

Applicants must have a current state RN license and possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS certification required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred.
• ASLS certification preferred.
