Registered Nurse, (RN) – ICU

Full Time, Rotating shift, In-Person position at Raleigh General Hospital.

• Perform accurate and thorough patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions based on assessment findings.
• Provide age‑ and condition‑appropriate nursing care.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation supporting medical necessity in the medical record.
• Develop, implement, and revise interdisciplinary care plans for each patient.

• Current state RN license.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited nursing school.
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required within six months of hire.
• One year of experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply and will be supported through a one‑year residency program.
• ASLS certification preferred.
