Overview
Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends). We are seeking a full-time (40 hours per week) provider for our Cedar Ridge Center located in Sissonville, WV. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. The base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $120,000 per year, in addition to a no-cap incentive compensation bonus program.

The Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. The Advanced Practice Provider collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team for center-specific goals and priorities and with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care.
The Advanced Practice Provider provides primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with the other medical providers in the center. The Advanced Practice Provider works collaboratively with Center Leadership to achieve Align Med Partners' mission of improving the lives we touch through the delivery of high quality health care and everyday compassion.
Qualifications- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a concentration and specialty track of Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Other concentrations/specialty tracks will be considered based on experience and business needs.
- Physician Assistant must be a graduate from a program accredited by the ARC-PA, have passed the PA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) to use the PAC designation, hold PA state licensure, and have NCCPA certification.
- Minimum of two years' experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.
- In states where practice allows, APRN with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice; PA with an unrestricted professional license and DEA for each state in which they practice.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. Eligibility for full-time benefits requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Certain benefits, including health plans, are not available to part-time employees working between 16 and 29 hours per week.
