, you’ll be supported every step of the way as you begin your nursing career. Our evidence‑based Nurse Residency Program provides hands‑on, structured support to help you transition from a new graduate to a confident, competent registered nurse.

You’ll be automatically enrolled in our comprehensive 12‑month program, structured across three key phases:
clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development.Each phase is thoughtfully designed to guide your growth, strengthen your skills, and build confidence in delivering patient care.

You’ll benefit from:

  • Paid participation throughout all phases of the program
  • Flexible, self‑paced learning through engaging modules and knowledge checks
  • Dedicated one‑on‑one support from a trained preceptor to help you build clinical skills and transition to managing your own patient assignments

The CCU team consists of highly skilled critical care nurses, physicians, respiratory therapists, and interdisciplinary support staff dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence‑based care. Services include hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, cardiac drips, emergency response stabilization, and post‑intensive procedural care. The unit is committed to promoting optimal patient outcomes while supporting patients and families through critical and complex healthcare situations.
